About the artist - Tatyjana Vasziljeva

Tatyjana Vasziljeva, alias TaVasz (which means the spring season in hungarian) was born in Siberia, Russia, but resides and creates in Hungary since long decades.

She loves abstract, lyrical abstract stands closest to her heart, however she's able to find interesting and enjoyable thematics at any stage of abstraction. Nature's stuble forms and shapes can be seen appearing in most of her paintings, her art certainly derives from nature.

She uses strong, charismatic colours and often builds her paintings' patterns from contrasts; yet the substance of her art is harmony, she uses colours and shapes and their dynamics to present her inner world through a visual form, as if displaying one's soul's harmony in a mirror.
