Shipping package and insurance
We offer worldwide shipping and always guarantee perfect delivery. Packages are sent in a very safe packaging due to years of experience with tracked and insured shipping. If you can't find your country at checkout, please email us and ask about the possibilities.
Delivery time
Normally, the delivery time is approximately 1-3 weeks, but it can be shorter or longer depending during specific periods or when shipping internationally, especially for original paintings. Please also allow some days for safe packaging.
Shipping cost
You can easily see the shipping cost to your country at the checkout. If you cannot see your country or desire a specific shipping method, please contact us at: tavasz.art@gmail.com
Import Fees and Taxes
If you live outside the EU, you may have to pay import fees or taxes in your country. These are not included in the shipping price and are your responsibility. Please check your local customs rules for more information.
Shipping options for paintings and prints
Prints are delivered in a safe roll in a tube or box ready for you to place in a frame of your choice upon arrival.
Original paintings are delivered ready to hang on the wall within Hungary.
Usually for international shipping, the canvas painting will be removed from its stretcher bars and rolled up in a tube, which is the preferred option at the checkout. Once it arrives, it can be taken to a local framing store for restretching. This costs usually only about 50-100 EUR. This method ensures the artwork is transported safely and is also cheaper.
If you prefer your artwork to be delivered stretched on its canvas bars, please contact us for a price estimate on the shipping costs to your country and city. For most countries you can choose the option stretched canvas sent in a wooden box ready to hang, which is the more expensive alternative.
Returns
Due to the delicate nature of artwork, I cannot accept returns unless you live in Hungary and can guarantee the painting’s safe return within 14 days of purchase. Otherwise, all sales are final. If you have any concerns, please contact us.
